Braiden was timely and professional throughout our experience. Being our first property purchase, Braiden was able to create a relationship with us that we felt was fair between both us and vendor and would satisfy both parties. He was approachable, contactable, informative and got the ball rolling from the get go. Also we loved our congrats gift box :) Thanks mate!

I would greatly recommend John as a very professional real estate agent.

I'm sure John is as straightforward as he seems on first impression. He seems very knowledgeable in all the aspects of real estate that we discussed in our initial discussion. My wife's family (father, grandfather, two uncles) are steeped in the real estate business and we have managed several investment properties ourselves over a period of 40 odd years. An instant and comfortable rapport would accurately and best describe our relationship with John since, confidence to continue from the first instance is how it continues. His assessment of our property was pretty accurate and our sale target was met on the first inspection. He obviously has a good understanding of his target market and his operating environs. Thanks for your commitment John, regards,Garry, Vicki.

Paula Dunford from PRD Burleigh Heads has recently sold our unit. We were very satisfied with her expertise on how she handled the whole sale. It seemed to be on the market one day and sold the next. We would highly recommend her as a sales representative for anyone requiring one. Barb & Mark

Braiden is a great negotiator, hard working, very knowledgeable about the market and very friendly and easy to work with. Extremely happy with the price he achieved when selling our house. Braiden sold our house in only 9 days and made our selling experience effortless. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We noticed that most of the activity in our area was being conducted by the John Fischer Real Estate . John and his team kept the community informed by letter box leaflets of all the current sales and listings, and prices being achieved. When we decided to list our property, we had no hesitation in contacting John. We found their service, advertising, and general knowledge of the Tallebudgera Valley and area to be very up to date . John and the team conducted our open house and inspections in a very professional manner and we received an offer after only three weeks. We are very happy to recommend John, Shelley and Matt to any prospective vendors
