Penny Shields has the patience of a Saint. I put my house (which I previously bought through Penny) on the Market with Penny. Then ensued my changing personal situation, and a changing Market. I have probably been Penny's most difficult Client. Through it all, Penny remained polite, positive and determined. The Sold sticker has now gone up! Very well done Penny.
