Richard Stacey was great to deal with the minute he walked in to our home. We talked and worked out a great plan to sell our home. Im going away for awhile and my 1st point of call when I get back will be Richard Stacey to find me a home.

Penny was really supportive and had a great knowledge of the market. Her recommendations for local businesses that are needed through the sales process were of high quality too. I would happily recommend Penny to my friends and associates.

Tash was wonderful to work with in the purchase of our new property. So friendly and caring, respectful of our needs and of the vendors also. She clearly cares about her clients and finding the right property or buyers.

Iwas very pleased with Penny, she gave me her estimate of price of my home and all the homes of similiar size that were sold in recent times in the district, always kept me informed after of prospective buyers that viewed the my home. I would recommend her to anyone else that was considering selling their home

I was very, very happy the way in which Penny handled the sale of my property from start to finish. Penny's attention to detail is impressive, her ability to keep me well informed of all aspects along the way, was much appreciated. Her bright, enthusiastic personality is a bonus!

Made the whole purchasing experience a breeze. From the initial walk through and making time to meet me at the property, to answering and returning phone calls asap. He always kept me up to date with what was happening and I can’t fault him at all. Such an easy bloke to get along with as well.

Damien is incredibly unique and has exceptional EI with a humbleness that sets him apart from any real estate agent you’ve ever met. It sounds cliche but he truly is the right man for the job. Real estate knowledge is not just his forte, his a true person

Penny has been incredible, From the moment we met her we got such a warm genuine vibe off her and it was more like meeting a long lost friend as opposed to doing business She gave us a detailed background of the property and was very forthcoming with the process from bid/offer and now as we settle We HIGHLY recommend her and all PRD agents, We would DEFINITELY use this agency again

Chris Leonard and Rob McClure worked as a team in supporting me with the sale of our family home. I had been living here for 31 years and needed to sell our home on 5 acres after losing my husband last year, & finding the work load for 1 person overwhelming. Both Chris and Rob showed expertise in the market, a high level of professionalism, and evidence competence, honesty and integrity. I felt confidence in both Chris & Rob, and believe they balanced the needs and provided support to both me as vendor and also the purchaser. They worked as a team and supported each other, which was commendable given only one of them would eventually sell the property. But much more than that they provided the patience and support I needed in this challenging time & were able to be flexible to meet my needs. I would not hesitate in recommending either of them, or engaging PRD as a team to sell or purchase your property.
