Tim has been following us up for a few years now and to my mind is a credit to his profession. Always approachable and professional, I have valued his input and guidance . He has just sold our place which was only on the market for 6 days and returned a sale price above expectations. His assistance did not stop post sale and he has been a sounding board as we negotiate another purchase . Thank you and well done Tim.

Tim has gone above and beyond to assist us with our sale from the beginning. Our sale went very smoothly and only took seven days for a great outcome. This can only be attributed to his expertise and knowledge of current trends and the real estate industry in Ballarat. Would highly recommend Tim and PRD Real Estate.

Catharina is a very professional and dedicated estate agent. We found her to have a warm friendly personality who listened to our desires and goals regarding the sale of our property. With her knowledge and expertise her advise gained us a better outcome than we had expected from other estate agents that we spoke to. Her communication was excellent and she kept us informed at all times throughout the process. We would recommend her without hesitation and certainly utilise her again.

Catharina outlined the program clearly and then followed up at each stage. The process included the need to help tenants to move and Catharina organised PRD Ballarat staff to make it happen smoothly. Settlement on time completed a well-executed campaign. Well done.

Selling our house came at a difficult time for us, Chris was empathetic to our set of circumstances and was able to effectively support us through a challenging time. Chris has fantastic communication skills and always got back to us as soon as possible. I never hesitated to pick up the phone if I had a question or wanted to run something by him. I felt lucky to have Chris as our realtor. I highly recommend.
