Catharina is a lovely and attentive person who has great energy and evidently very good market knowledge. She took the time to learn all the details about the property we were purchasing, and was very quick to respond to any communications throughout the process. The only downside for me as a purchaser was the day that Catharina let me know that the vendor had accepted our offer, she then called up a few hours later to let me know that she had actually taken another offer on the house and we would need to increase our offer or lose the house - not a good experience as we were already celebrating - and this ended up costing us well over $5000.
