Dealing with Penny from PRD Ballarat during the purchase of our new home was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly attentive and has a real understanding of the Ballarat area. Penny kept us really well-informed throughout the purchase process and was always so easy to get in touch with. We were so impressed with her straightforward and professional approach that we've decided to have Penny handle the sale of our current house as well. We feel absolutely confident in her ability and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Ballarat.

I would highly recommend Tim Allen, he took the time to get to know us & why we were selling, before looking around the house, he was in regular contact with us with any updates & he made sure that we knew that if there was a problem he could be contacted. A sale was achieved fairly quickly with a short settlement date
