We met Chris not knowing anything about selling a house. His help was freely available and replies to our queries easy to understand. We also felt he was being fair to ourselves and the buyer.

From the first meeting Tim was a great listener, respectful of my needs with this sale. At the same time, he had done the required research and was totally realistic with pricing, unlike others who were not so well prepared. Tim has been incredibly supportive throughout the process, checking in, making himself available for any questions, offering advice and encouragement from beginning to end. My family and I would definitely recommend Tim Allen when it comes to selling property
