Chris made the process of selling as smooth as can be. The small touches of checking in regularly and keeping me informed helped ease any worries I had during the process. It was nice to have someone local take on the sale as I knew he loved the area and wanted to make sure the house went to someone that would benefit the community. He was compassionate and considerate about going into the sale of my first home and made sure the new buyers would take care of the property.
