Richard Is Second To None When It Comes To Communication And Knowledge Of The Property He Is Selling. He Has Now Sold Two Homes For Us And Both Had Fantastic Results, We Certainly Can Recommend Richard If You Are Thinking Of Buying Or Selling a Home Through Him.

Adam has a very personable and affable approach which I found to be very reassuring; he was very receptive to my thoughts on pricing and presenting my home for sale, the outcome of which was receiving the offer which I accepted within a week of being listed

We cannot speak highly enough of Chris Leonard, he knows the market, is excellent at communicating and keeping us informed, professional and caring. We had previously purchased a house through Chris and have recently sold with him. He listens to his clients & respects them. There was no hard sales push like we’ve had from some agents when we interviewed him to sell our property. He displayed honesty & integrity combined with he’s industry knowledge & expertise which is why we chose him to sell our property. We would simply not use anyone else especially if selling a lifestyle property like we recently have. Rated 10/10, Chris went above & beyond in our sale.

Mum's house was on the market for 11 months. The family live over an hour away from Creswick. Tash was always kind in offering to check in on mum at any point. This for me goes beyond just being a selling agent! The sale itself took months to take effect and Tash was always responsive with any queries. Thank you so much Tash :-)

Penny is always well presented, extremely knowledgeable about the current market situation plus how and when to advertise to attract buyers. She has a friendly honest manner when conducting Open homes or Inspections. Penny is client focused and gave us sound, appropriate advice and feedback as required and this was greatly valued resulting in a good sale price for our house despite a tough declining market.

I would like to thank Michael Darken and Catharina at PRD Ballarat for their exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge of the property market, and unwavering reliability. After signing with PRD in July, they seamlessly managed everything—from vacating tenants to renovating the property—ensuring it was ready for sale. Michael was always available to answer my questions, and I’m so glad he successfully sold the property. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and won’t hesitate to refer them to others. Thank you!
