Ebony was really lovely to deal with. She was friendly and accommodating with our queries. She even had a tape measure on hand when I had left mine at home over an hour away. Ebony went out of her way to assist with with utility issues just before settlement. Ebony was always available and followed up any queries immediately. Catharina is very courteous and conscientious Agent and goes well beyond the duties of a regular real estate agent. Kudos to Catharina as She was able to organize trades such as carpet/painting/Styling to give the property a facelift to ensure that we maximize our sale price. Nothing was a bother and she always was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her for the sale of any property that a vendor may wish to sell.
