I would like to thank Michael Darken and Catharina at PRD Ballarat for their exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge of the property market, and unwavering reliability. After signing with PRD in July, they seamlessly managed everything—including minor renovations of the property—ensuring it was ready for sale. Michael was always available to answer my questions, and I’m so glad he successfully sold the property. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and won’t hesitate to refer Michael to others. Thank you!

Micheal was so thorough in providing us with the information on how to manage the sale. He made the process so easy and talked us through every step. We were able to sell the house so quickly for the price we wanted and would not have being able to navigate this process with out him. We would definitely work with him again.

Damian was excellent to deal with during our recent purchase - nothing was too much trouble and he always got back to us with an answer. He went above and beyond to ensure our concerns were allayed and the sale transaction went smoothly. He is a pleasure to deal with and we hope to utilize his services again one day should the need arise.

From the first friendly greeting it was obvious that Damian was not only across the current market trends in Ballarat but also very knowledgeable about the property he was showing us. He developed rapport quickly and effectively ensuring that he provided a guiding hand in the inspection but allowed space for us to consider the property in our time and decide if it suited my needs. His professional approach instilled confidence in the process of purchasing a new home for myself. By far the most important aspect of Damian’s professional approach was his communication skills. He responded thoughtfully to our enquires and was able to clearly explain the aspects of the property that were of importance to us. Furthermore his assistance and advice made the decision to buy very easy. We offered on the property following the inspection. Damian’s follow-up communications with me ensured a smooth transaction resulting in unconditional sale in a very short timeframe It has been a pleasure dealing with Damian and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who feels buying realestate is a challenge event. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine interest in producing a win/win result are to be admired.
