Jake and Corey were fantastic in the sale of our first home. Jake went above and beyond for us and the new buyers of our home to ensure we were kept up to date on all details. Jake made time after hours to accomodate my questions, his attention to detail made this process stress free and we had a contract to approve within 4 days of being on the market Thanks Jake, Corey and everyone at PRD

Can not speak highly enough of Jake. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. His diligence with his facilitation and communication between us and his clients was simply incredible. He was very thorough and friendly to deal with. Would recommend him to anyone

We purchased a property through Tim and he was great at getting back to me with prompt information. This is important in the purchase process as you may have multiple offers in on places and sometimes the agent who gets back to you first will get the sale. I would recommend Tim from a purchaser or a vendors point of view as he also delivered a good price to the vendor.

We chose Jake because he came across as honest and approachable. We were proven right.

Penny is quietly professional confident and good with buyers and sellers. As buyer you have to admire the way she sells and as a seller its plain she respects her buyers. Penny is a flexible go getter and the professional person that you can rely on to follow through with the sale with you4 best interests at heart. Thank you Penny Shields.

Catharina sold our property within days of listing, above expected price and there were several parties interested. She provided sound advice leading up to sale, kept us fully informed throughout and always returned calls. I wouldn't hesitate in asking Catharina to assist with another property.
