We have found Jake to be very personable, helpful and understanding of our situation. He had detailed knowledge of the town the property was situated, any current developments and a good sense of the property's market value. He managed to get answers for all our questions and went above and beyond protocol when he got sick. He went that extra mile to check on certain requirements we were looking for in purchasing our property. We really appreciated all his efforts and professionalism and would definitely be looking for him if we purchase more properties in the future with PRD.
