The experience we had with Jake was greatly positive. He has in-depth knowledge of the area we were interested in buying in, good understanding of the market and excellent communication (prompt replies, regularly checked in on the progress). Happy to recommend!

Tash, with her casual approach, is friendly, honest and listens to what you are saying, qualities necessary for developing a trustworthy and solid Seller/Agent relationship. Her reputation of being a great agent in our area was proven when the property went under contract with just 2 prospective buyer inspections. We take this opportunity to document our appreciation and thank you, Tash.

Penny was very prompt in all her communication with me, which made it easy to know and understand what was happening each step of the process. She was approachable, efficient and hard working. We sincerely appreciated the recommendation from a friend to use Penny as our agent, and we likewise, would also recommend her.
