I was referred to Vlado by mum after he sold her house and she was so impressed and said I couldn’t use anyone else and she was right. Vlado organised trades to get my property ready for sale, advised what needed to be done and took care of everything. Premier marketing was very professional and made my property stand out and attract lots enquires and buyers and we sold well above me expectations in one week. During the campaign, Vlado kept me in the loop everyday and showed buyers on Sunday as he wanted to make it easy for buyers to inspect. Being a first time seller, I was a little anxious but Vlado took care of everything and got be a great price without any stress.
