A true gentleman.
We were waiting for our dream home in the Newcastle area in which we loved the look of a terrace in Cooks Hill. Late on a Sunday afternoon we decided to give Vlado a call expecting our call to go straight to voicemail. This didn’t happen at all. Vlado answered & was kind enough to meet us there for our first viewing within 10 minutes. From there on, the flexibility & kindness of Vlado was given to us in spades. We would recommend Vlado to any prospective buyer or seller any day of the week. A highly experienced Real Estate agent & a true gentleman.

Run, don’t walk! This guy is your guy!
We bought our home from Vlado in 2016 knew if we ever sold he would be our agent. We sold in November 2021 and couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only is Vlado incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market, he is a genuine and honest guy who will be up front and honest with you. We bought with Vlado as a young couple looking for our first family home and we supported through the process and not taken advantage of. When we sold with Vlado we got well above what we were expecting. If you want an honest, authentic bloke who knows his stuff, this is the guy for you! A great experience that was seamless and stress free!

A master at his profession!
The sales result speaks for itself! Even in a hot market we were blown away with what Vlado was able to achieve. This is a testament to Vlado's wholistic approach to selling. Vlado was very hands on in the months prior to listing, guiding us on every aspect of preparing our house for sale. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, he even met with multiple tradies at the crack of dawn so we didn't have to.
