We both bought and sold our house with Vlado. On both occasions he was absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy. There is no 9-5 with him working around the clock to make sure everything is perfect. After buying from him we knew that he was the agent we were going to sell with. He isn’t slimy like a lot of the agents out there. He is honest and listens to you which I thought was rare. If I sell another house again I know hands down who I will be going with. I cannot begin to thank vlado enough Our first meeting was almost 5 years ago when I was interviewing agents to sell my much loved parents home , where we gel so memory It was tough but as an agent myself I wanted to choose an agent like myself , going out of their way to get results and always striving to do the best they can for their vendors He did not disappoint , even in the challenging market back then So naturally when I decided to sell my investment property, I knew whom I was going to choose Again he did not disappoint It was challenging with an interesting tenant residing at the property and an incompetent property manager from another agency , it was quite challenging for vlado But he just kept pushing through working with the tenant and incompetent managing agent, he never gave up , knowing our situation He pushed and had a signed contract for us at a PHENOMENAL price that we would not imagine we would get He then help the tenant find a rental property with another agency as his office does not do management That is the kind of character the Vlado is One word to describe him and that is AMAZING !!!!
