Excellent agent!
Richard made the whole process of selling stress free. Unlike some other agents I have dealt with previously, he is attentive and easily contactable. He is a good communicator who readily answers questions and gives regular updates. His estimate of our property was accurate, and his knowledge and advice gave us confidence and security in the process. I would highly recommend Richard and would not consider any other agent.

Awesome Crew and Agent

Very Professional
Richard is very knowledgeable in is field as a real estate agent. He will spend time with you to make sure that you fully understand the process of selling your house as it is a big step in your life. He is never too busy to answer any of your enquiries, weather it is major or minor. Richard is very down to earth but straight forward at the same time which is what you need when you are selling a major part of your life. Excellent Service

Highly recommend this Agent
I would happily recommend Michael to any potential sellers. After having our home on the market for over 8 months with only one genuine offer with another agent that eventually didn't go through, we enlisted Michael's services after reading these reviews. He marketed our property in a timely manner and was able to bring in multiple offers in the following weeks. Michael was always punctual, arriving well ahead of the open home times to set up and prepare, he also demonstrated excellent communication, providing regular updates in a timely fashion.
