Richards market knowledge and honesty makes Richard the ideal Real Estate agent. I have been looking for a property in the Camden area for a long time. Most agents don't follow up on their sales leads and often don't even call you back when you have placed and offer. This means the owners are possibly not achieving their highest possible price. Those Agents are only looking for a quick sale! Richard was on the ball right from the start, he kept in contact with myself and the other bidders at all times. Unfortunately, Richard got me to pay a lot more money for the property then I was looking at spending. But in the end the property was worth it! and I'm sure the previous owners are happy with the price that was achieved. I was so impressed with the agency I asked them to manage the property for me. Before settlement had happened we had a fantastic tenant ready to move into the property at the rental price that Richard had originally told me I would achieve at the first inspection.
