We were impressed with the long history of Prentice Real Estate on the Mornington Peninsula, and felt that Michael was very keen to protect the Prentice brand. Consequently we had complete trust and confidence that Michael would do all that he could to promote our interests. He clearly had extensive knowledge of the market and did not mislead us on what price we might expect and, indeed, receive for our block of land. The paper work was all dealt with expeditiously, even though it was complicated by our partners being interstate. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
