He knows the market in Rye!
Michael provided a very clear appraisal of the market and what it takes to sell a property like ours in Rye. He offered a number of options with marketing packages, and recommended that the top level (and cost) was not always necessary. He was respectful of the family for all inspections and interactions and we were very happy with the result. His long-term presence in Rye certainly helps.
