Michael conducted an extremely successful sale campaign for me. He kept me well informed for the entire process with all selling arrangements (photos/drone/ad preparation/inspections) were completed quickly and to an excellent standard, all contributing to a strong result. He then negotiated with a number of interested parties which lead to a very satisfying outcome. Many thanks for your services Michael, greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Michael obviously on top of the market on this section of the peninsula and gave me a clear picture of the prices in the area so that I felt comfortable purchasing Florence Drive for the amount that I did. Also has been of great assistance in allowing me access to the property prior to settlement.

We interviewed several agents, but chose Michael for his knowledge, realistic estimate, and a pleasant and friendly attitude making interaction very easy. He constantly communicated with us throughout the sale, and we always felt informed. Our trust in him was fulfilled with a great result.

The feedback from inspections was timely; expert advice on presentation of the property and appropriate advertising spend. All promises were kept and it was the most stress free property transaction I have experienced.

Michael is excellent to deal with, he really impressed us with his knowledge of not only the property market in general, but his in depth knowledge of properties on the Mornington Peninsula. For example our property was renovated some 15 years ago, Michael was able to accuratly tell us the name of the renovator and the renovators reputation. Michael is not a pushy type person, he has an easy going manner and is genuine, sincere, knowledgeable, provides constant feedback, always available (even on leave) and most importantly, achieves results.
