Brett & Susanna founded Prime Realty Pty Ltd in 1997, successfully operating the company throughout it's peak during the 2000's, employing in excess of 45 staff across Sales, Property Management and Administration, winning multiple REIWA awards year after year. As one of the original real estate agents opening in Joondalup, they have stood the test of time and are proud of the service they have provided and continue to provide to their Prime Clients for over 3 decades.
Now semi-retired, Brett & Susanna downsized the company in 2020 and subsequently relocated to their comfortable home office in Ocean Reef. Maintaining a small Property Management portfolio and handful of staff, Susanna & Brett continue to service their valued clients with Residential Property Sales and Leasing, Commercial Sales and Leasing (including preparation and extension of commercial leases) and Business Sales.

Away from the office, Brett & Susanna enjoy relaxing at home with their dog Missy, and spending time with their 4 adult children and their ever expanding generation of grand children.
