From day one meeting Demo he explained everything gave me great tips for preparing my property and was very knowledgeable with the real estate market. At no time was I pressured into signing up or getting calls chasing my property. I really liked and respected that, once I was ready we hit the ground running. Demo was respectful and understanding with regards to my pets ( as I couldn’t relocate them on my first open). Everything went smoothly, Demo kept me up to date throughout the entire marketing and sale of my house. Linda. Smith went beyond expectations and made the selling of mother’s house next to mine a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was very hands on and organised all she could to bring the property up to standard. There were. A few complications on our end with POA but with patience ,prodding and persistence settlement went through with success.
