We were very fussy with accepting a certain sale price and our situation changed on numerous occasions, so much so that we went on the market, took our house off the market, then put it back on again, all in the space of 4 weeks. Not once did John complain, nor did he walk (when he would have been in his right to do so). John stuck with us, and my partner and I would laugh when we kept receiving competitor flyers in our mail box, urgently asking us to call them. Those flyers ended up in the recycling bin immediately...............as there was no chance we would have considered jumping ship, John is a trooper, and he will get your sale. I have had dealings with Beth over the last 15 yrs only on a basis of advice when meeting her through an agent I had my home rented thru. Over this time she has always kept in touch and anytime I have had questions regarding real estate in Brisbane for myself or family she has been my go to person. So when I finally decided to sell a rental home there it was a no brainer to ask her to list it. This showed me another side to her as my actual agent for selling and I cannot praise her enough.
