Many estate agents boast about their sales records. However, that doesn't tell the full story. It's relatively easy to get sales by dropping the price - often selling below the true value of the property. This provides quick turnover for the agent, but often at the expense of obtaining the best outcome for the seller. Deanna is someone who puts into practise the concept of putting the customer first. She is genuine and honest in her communication. She is highly professional in all her dealings. From the outset Deanna saw the value of our property and then went through a "test-marketing" stage to see what potential buyers felt. This helped to set a realistic price range, based on facts and buyer feedback - and not on "what will move this property quickly so I can get my commission". Throughout the marketing campaign Deanna did not pressurise us to drop the price, but continued to believe in the true value of the property. She genuinely wanted the best outcome for us as vendors, even though this meant more open homes and more effort and time on her side.
