We don’t even know where to start when it comes to Taryn Phillips from Priority Residential. We purchased our very first home 5.5 years ago and Taryn was the real estate agent listed to sell the property. We were so thankful for the care and guidance she gave us as buyers entering the property market for the very first time. When we decided to upgrade we went to a lot of open homes and inspections. Each one we not only looked at the property but we kept an eye on the realestate agents selling the properties. We knew there was a possibility of us selling our first home so it gave us a good insight into how they worked for the sellers as well as the potential buyers. We came to realise very quickly that there are a lot of real estate agents out there, but there is a very tiny pool of incredible real estate agents. For us no one compared to Taryn and we asked her to sell that very home we brought 5.5 years ago. She blew us out of the water as sellers. She was extremely professional, friendly, always on time, extremely flexible, an excellent communicator and very honest. She was everything plus so much more we could have asked for in an agent. John was such a fresh breath of air, all agents we had dealt with prior to were either radio silent or harassing, John was so prompt in getting/ staying in contact with us purchasing a home and so friendly, not at all pushy. He always went out of his way to make it easy for us to see the home and make time for anything we needed. He quite often made time on a Friday afternoon/ night to show us the house, even dropping off contracts on a Saturday night to our home which wasn’t close by in the slightest. He was a lovely agent and we will happily stay in contact with him for future buying/ selling.
