I tried to see last year and was disappointed with the communication from the agent. Needless to say my property didn’t sell. Fast forward 1 year and I contacted Chris to try sell it this time. Chris was brilliant, kept in good communication and sold the property within two weeks, for $50,000 more than I couldn’t get last year. This is the second time purchasing a property from Chris, same as the first time he was great to communicate with, is down to earth and easy to talk to and gives you what info you need straight. I felt more than comfortable throughout the whole process and felt like even though Chris was the selling agent he was still also wanting to help me out too.
