It's not very often you find a realestate agent that goes the extra mile for both the buyer and the seller. We were lucky enough to find my daughters first home and meet Christopher the agent selling it. And yes the seller and my daughter were both extremely happy with the price. So it was obvious we would use Christopher to sell our family home as we were downsizing, not only did we sell within a couple of weeks of going on the market, we received over the asking price 😀 So then my father past away, unfortunately mum had to move so once again we called on Christopher and not only was he professional but kind and caring under the sad circumstances. Once again the house was sold quickly and mum downsized. But honestly I can't recommend Christopher and the team at Byford Professionals enough they were outstanding everytime!!

I found Chris and his team to be extremely professional throughout the process. Information was communicated quickly and professionally and the price range that Chris recommended was right in the money. Chris was very knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate. These traits are hind to find in real estate agents. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking at selling, and would have no hesitation in contacting him myself, or recommending him to family and friends. Thank you to you and your team Chris. P.s. the house sold from the first home open.

Chris and the team at the Professionals Byford were amazing. He was a huge help throughout the whole process of selling my property and made it so easy with his incredible knowledge of the area I was selling in and general real estate. He held an open house for buyers to walk through the property and we received multiple offers, above the asking price as well! I couldn't be more happier to have had Chris sell my property. Thank you Chris and the team at Professionals Byford.

Chris was amazing. We needed to sell our elderly mother’s home and he couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend Chris to anyone considering selling their home.

Chris was very professional to deal with. All credit to him he represented his seller well, even in the unique circumstance whereby purchase was as is state. From our perspective as the buyer we felt guilted in to agreeing to an extension on settlement to our personal disadvantage. We acknowledge that we made the decision to extend without imposing penalties, but do feel a bit miffed that our circumstance was not considered at all. We thought we were very fair with the entire, very unique process. However we do respect that Chris worked for his client exceptionally well.

Moving to Perth has not been easy. I first met Chris from professionals before Christmas last year and to fully understand the housing crisis was mind blowing. My husband and I thought we had a good price range but we were constantly beaten on our offers. We were struggling. Chris was the only and I mean ONLY realestate agent that cared. It has taken 6 months to find a home and so many realestate agents have just ignored us but NOT Chris. He has dedicated so much of his time and energy into helping us and it had taken me a while to write my review because words alone cannot describe how lucky we are that you came into our housing journey. Chris and his team go above and beyond and will do what ever it takes to help you find you home. They will not ignore you. Thank you Chris and your team we are forever thankful to you.
