Chris and his team were fantastic to deal with from the initial phone conversation to after the sale of our first house. Being the first time selling a house they made the whole process easy and answered all questions. Even dealing with Chris a second time with other matters just recently he has been open and honest and straight to the point. Thank you professionals byford

I have had my house rented through the Professionals Byford Property team for around 8 years and they were brilliant. I decided to sell as the tenants moved out. Chris and his team showed nothing but dedication and hard work when it came to getting the house on the market. I live interstate and Chris and his team organized all contractors required to get the house up to standard for sale from carpeting, gardeners, electricians, painters and more. They consistently kept me updated with their movements by both phone and email several times a day when required. All the work they put in and their local market knowledge lifted the house to a much higher selling price. The speed in which they were able to get the house sold was amazing. All round I highly recommend Chris Thomas and The Professionals Byford Property team on both the sale and Management of your property
