Chris reviewed our property and provided us with information about the market and how our property would be viewed by the market. He gave us advice about presentation and the selling of the property. He listened to what we had to say and together we put together the strategy for selling the property. We are happy with the service he and his team provided.

Thank you Chris, Kirsten, and Denise! The buying experience was new to us and we approached it with some caution, however we generally had a good experience and didn’t have some of the negative stories we had heard can occur during this process. Your open (and prompt) communication in addition to your recommendations were highly appreciated and we would easily think of engaging your team when selling or buying in the future.

Chris and the team once again have proven to be the easiest option for us when selling or buying. We have sold a number of properties and Chris and the team have always made it very easy, with no pressure we simply express our expectations and find the correct advertising technique through feedback from Chris. From then on we leave it with Chris and get regular feedback on the properties sale progress. We have always had a successful sale with Chris and always reached a sale price above our expectation. Thanks once again!

I found Christopher to be a likable and knowledgeable young guy . He was able to put me in touch with a local plumber to have work done before I move into my place. I cant fault his professionalism in all my dealings with him.

Chris gave an honest appraisal of the property, and achieved our goal, albeit the minimum due to a lack of competition. We were more than satisfied, especially with the speed of the sale. Many thanks.
