Chris Thomas was such a pleasure to help us find the home we were looking for. He knew what we wanted and kept us informed as soon as one suitable was coming up. Chris knows Byford well, which gave us confidence in buying a home in a suburb that we were unfamiliar with. Chris always stayed in contact and handled everything in a “Professional” way.

Thanks to Chris, Denise and Kirsten for their kind assistance in the purchase of my first home, and for helping to replace the 'Sold' board after the first one was removed just so I could get a photo with it!

Due to circumstances we wanted to downsize. It was a difficult decision. From the moment Chris and Denise came to do the appraisal through to the completion of the sale we were extremely grateful that we had chosen the Professional team at Byford to market out property. Chris's knowledge of the local market was invaluable in attaining a sale price which exceeded our expectations. During the marketing though to sale and afterwards, Chris was very approachable and answered any queries we had with the upmost of respect. Communication was excellent. Chris even helped us with queries we had on the purchase of our new property even though he was not the selling agent for that property. The whole team at Professionals Byford were so easy to deal with and very efficient during the whole process. Their approach was friendly and respectful. Any doubts we had about the decision to sell were dispelled with the wonderful relationship we had with Chris and the team. We are now enjoying out new property and so thankful to Chris for his assistance, guidance and overall understanding. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with.
