Chris is a dedicated young agent who always does his best for his clients, has excellent local knowledge and is always friendly but professional to buyers. We chose him as he was always prompt to return phone calls and follow up any queries as a seller (and previously, as a buyer), very important qualities in a competitive market when buyers have plenty of choice to go elsewhere if an agent is not approachable. We had our house on the market with another RA without success. After we employed Chris we had it under offer within 2week's. We are very impressed with his commitment and professionalism to get the job done. He even negotiated a higher sales price which I think is outstanding in the current market conditions. His sales admin team has also been fantastic. Everyone kept us in the loop and informed with what has been going on, we even got an email reply at 10pm when we contacted Chris late this evening. All in all we could not have made a better choice.

I chose chris because he had a good sales pitch, he was friendly and genuine. Given the market situation it was a hard sale but chris was persistant and succeeded.. chris always followed up and during the settlement process he helped me sort a few things because i wasnt available..

We used Chris Thomas recently for the sale of our home and purchase of our new house. Chris was extremely friendly, helpful and had great communication skills. Chris made it possible to get the price we were wanting on our House and was always there with a smile for home opens and viewings. Nothing was ever a problem for Chris and he was always willing to take our wants and needs into consideration for both buying and selling.
