We had our house on the market with another RA without success. After we employed Chris we had it under offer within 2week's. We are very impressed with his commitment and professionalism to get the job done. He even negotiated a higher sales price which I think is outstanding in the current market conditions. His sales admin team has also been fantastic. Everyone kept us in the loop and informed with what has been going on, we even got an email reply at 10pm when we contacted Chris late this evening. All in all we could not have made a better choice.

We used Chris Thomas recently for the sale of our home and purchase of our new house. Chris was extremely friendly, helpful and had great communication skills. Chris made it possible to get the price we were wanting on our House and was always there with a smile for home opens and viewings.
