Glad to be at the end of it all, a bit disappointed we didn't do better, who's fault is that, not sure.

I can't thank you enough Chris you were wonderful, understanding what type of house I was looking for and also within my budget. I am extremely happy with my new home and I am looking forward to adding my own touches to make it my own. Thank you for all the running around you did for me during the settlement stages also I could not have achieved buying this wonderful home without your help. Once again thank you so very much. Regards Lisa

It was a pleasure working with Chris. He was very personable and knows his market well. If I was selling or buying South of the river again, I would certainly contact Chris and would recommend him to anyone.

Right from the start we were happy and confident to put our trust in Chris with the sale of our house. Everything was dealt with in a swift, friendly and professional manner. Chris sold our house in less then a week for our asking price and the whole experience has been a walk in the park, we would definitely recommend Chris to anyone and will be using him for any future sales.

Having previously brought our house off Chris 4 years ago, we found he was excellent and helpful at all stages of the purchase and therefore decided to go through Chris when selling our house. Chris has a fantastic understanding of the Byford market and listened to what we wanted and helped negotiate a very fast sale at the price we wanted. Excellent all round service would highly recommend and use again! Thanks Chris :) Candice & Ayden
