Chris was very helpful, unfortunately the seller of the property was not particularly forthcoming with supplying promised information etc. Chris worked tirelessly to ensure the seller responded to the requests and continued to follow up until such time as all outstanding items were actioned.

Purchasing a house through Christopher was an extremely pleasant experience. Christopher was friendly, helpful and most importantly, honest. At no point did I ever feel pressured to consider/purchase a house just so he could get a sale. In fact, there was no stress at all through the whole process! Christopher took into consideration my needs and family situation and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Christopher when purchasing a house!

We used Chris to sell our place. Before we even listed the property he had a few buyers lined up and one of which ended up buying the house. He was friendly, honest efficient and most of all knows a lot about real estate especially in the local area. Don't look anywhere else when choosing a selling agent - thanks again Chris.
