We invited them to come and value our house after placing an offer on another property, thinking it would be easy to deal with one agent rather than two. When they arrived we discussed they looked around asked Questions etc. and based the estimate on this observation. My wife and I decided to proceed with putting our home on the market based on the information received. Within a week we got the house ready for sale, with the help of Brad and Nicole and the first home open was booked seven days after signing the contract. The house sold on that day above asking price. We could not have asked for more. We can highly recommend Brad and Nicole and their professional service as one of the best we have ever dealt with.

Because they work together, you are basically getting two for the price of one. Some agents talk a big game, or put everything back on the vendor. Brad is the opposite of this. I’ve used him twice now - in a hot market and a cold one. On each occasion he’s worked quietly behind the scenes, got everything done in about half the time expected and pulled in unconditional offers beyond what I expected on price. This happened in a hot market but also during Covid lockdowns, so is not a fluke. As an interstate seller it is comforting to know that someone’s got your back and will go the extra mile, including getting things done that other agents would try to walk away from when challenges inevitably come up. And who will get a result in a hot or cold market. You can’t ask for more than this. I’m grateful to Brad and look forward to working with him on the next project.
