From the initial home open showing to advice about the sale process and the follow-up afterward before settlement and post settlement, was quick, efficient and excellent in my opinion. I was kept informed of the progress of my offer and then afterward, the process of pre-settlement inspection on time. My agent gave me feedback and she followed up on purchase conditions reports and inspections etc, and reminded me of deadlines to meet in that respect. The time frame from offer and acceptance to being handed th ekeys was fast, within the allotted time and unincumbered. My agent (Nicole) was friendly, supportive and informative and made sure that myself and the selling party were satisfied and that the process went smoothly.
