My dealings with Team Jones (read Nicole) was first rate, from the first phone call I made enquiring about the property, to the handover of the keys on Settlement Day and further conversations regarding a newly installed toilet which was leaking - after final inspection.
The professionalism shown by Nicole was awesome. She exhibited great knowledge of the current property market in the area we were interested in, she showed her understanding of the wants and needs of both the vendor and prospective purchasers. Nicole also kept in constant contact with me (which is to my mind the most crucial part of customer service) and made me feel a valued customer.
Nicole went to great lengths to not only ensure the broken bits in the house were fixed, she even sent me photos once those items were fixed.
She understood our excitement and made the whole experience of buying our dream home an absolute pleasure.
I can't thank the Team enough, the paperwork was always completed in a very timely manner, the early starts to view the house were a godsend to us (not sure about Nicole though) but she never showed anything but pleasure about being in our company. When I got lost on my first trip to the property I was flustered however Nicole kept her sense of humour, even though I was half an hour late to meet for the first time.
The name of the real estate agency - The Professionals DAD Realty reflects on the staff employed there. Every person I had dealings with at the agency conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner.
I cannot speak highly enough of Nicole and Team Jones and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
