I have bought and sold a few properties now and I have never had an experience like I did with Sarah! She went above and beyond, particularly given that we were the purchasers and not the vendor. Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable, very quick with any communications, helpful and just went out of her way to make the process of buying the property a pleasant one. As a matter of fact, it was actually a fun and happy experience and I NEVER thought I'd say that about property. The three of us are most grateful that we came across an agent of Sarah's calibre; it made me regain some faith in the real estate profession. I would highly recommend Sarah for anything to do with buying or selling property, she is a superstar!

No issues in dealing with Sarah at all, she went to great lengths to ensure all details of the transaction were on point, the communication was punctual and timely with ensuring each step of the contract was met without a problem. Sarah was extremely hard working and determined to get exactly what we wanted. She wasn't shy in providing feedback and all of her workings were for us as the buyer to get us what we needed when selling our property. We tried other agents in the area who grossly undervalued our property based off numbers on a sheet of paper, whereas Sarah took everything unique about our property into consideration when collaboratively setting our asking price. She's friendly and easy to communicate with and celebrated the sale with us as she felt a part of the journey. Could not recommend higher.

I have been in the Hospitality for over 45 years brought and sold hotels and been owner of 4 house. In all the sales, Sarah was the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. As we all know it is a crazy world at the moment and being that we were 800 plus kilometers apart it was like dealing with Sarah face to face even though I have never met her. The information Sarah gave us to better our sale and profit was very valuable (80%) more than I thought we would receive. What impressed us was the personal running around collecting things for the sale and the prompt communication with contractors was brilliant.
