Debi was amazing to work with! I previously met and communicated with Debi Thomas when I first purchased my house. Debi's professionalism, knowledge of local and interstate market, communication & reassurance through both processors, (buying and selling) was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work alongside. Not only is Debi professional and knowledgeable at her job (with many years of experience), she is also a friendly representative that has eye for detail. Debi knows how to communicate with all types of people - both parties, sellers and future buyers. Upon deciding to put my house up for sale, I did get other agents out to value my property as well and to meet & greet. After touching base with Debi once again I decided she will be the one I will be going with to sell my property. Debi told me what she believed I could get for my property and my response was "ahhhh I don't think so, that is not realistic", Debi's response - "I believe we can"! After signing the contract to sale with Debi/Professionals we had the first open house on the Saturday, the house went live on the market on the Thursday, first open on the Saturday and the property was sold! (three days since going live on the internet). Debi had achieved way over the price that it was listed for. It was amazing and at the time I thought this is not true! We waited patiently for 'subject to finance' to go through and it did! I was in shock and couldn't believe this was actually happening and before I knew it I was packing up my belongings to move interstate. I 100% recommend Debi Thomas to anyone who is wishing to sell or buy. Debi is a wonderful person and she looks outside the square.
