Didn't want to help at all with legal repairs to be completed at final inspection and complanied it would push settlement out. Was told house would be left professionally cleaned and was left disgusting and has cost me $1100 to be cleaned. On day of settlement I had organiesd for my partner to get keys and on her way to office they rang her saying we closed office early and now will have to go elsewhere to get keys. Very unprofessional and didn't make it easy with settlement

I bought my house from Matt Condit in 2014 and went to him to sell the same property for me 10 years later. Why? Because I felt he was excellent at his job. Matt was very thorough. He spent alot of time on his first visit giving me some helpful suggestions of any upgrades that the home needed for a sale. He spent time explaining the details of the process. His communication was excellent. Matt and Luke and the team were very professional. I would describe their work as "slick", they knew the market, and it was smooth every step of the way. Matt had some great ideas. His strategy was using an "open by appointment" approach, which minimised the number of people who had no interest in buying from coming through. At the first viewing there were 12 groups of people with 2 interested buyers. The offer was one I could not turn down and the house was under offer soon after and the 2nd viewing was cancelled. The second was doing the building and termite inspection and having the report ready for purchase by the interested buyers. This expedited the process of the sale. Matt, Luke and team, it was definitely a team effort! Thank you I have no hesitation recommending your team to my family and friends.

Fergus was recommended to us by a friend and we are very happy they did! His knowledge of the market was very up to date. He recommended the best way to advertise our house and we had an offer very quickly at a price we were comfortable with. As we were travelling before the settlement date he was more than happy to check our property and keep it maintained at its best, doing things such as keeping the pool water up to level! Communication was never a problem…he was always available to talk to if we had any questions.
