Matt and his team were excellent at managing the sale of our property I highly recommend him if selling or buying. The whole process was seamless from appraisal to settlement. Communication was excellent between myself and the other owner located in New Zealand. Matt and Luke went the extra mile in organising trades to carry out works on the property to meet sale conditions which made the whole process very easy, nothing was too much trouble! The also achieved a great sale price!

We made an offer on a property and wanted to ensure that we had a set amount of time to sell ours as it was subject to sale. We wanted a clause in there that prevented the sellers from accepting other offers as we had fallen foul to the 48 hour clause. Annique told us it is not needed in a land purchase as the 48 hour clauses are never triggered on land; so we proceeded. Around 2 weeks later we received a call from Annique, the 48 hour clause has been triggered! We hussled for 2 days and managed to proceed with the deal, much to Annique's disappointment. She called us several times during these 2 days and a few days after, being very rude, condescending and insulting. She essentially threatened on behalf of the sellers to sue us. She clearly wanted us to walk away from the deal (she said the other offer was substantially higher than our offer). It took over a week for the online adverts to be updated to show as sold, the on-site board never had an "under offer" or a "sold" sticker attached. It seemed that she was still hoping or trying to de-rail our purchase. We did not receive a congratulations or any word at all even confirming settlement had taken place from Annique or anyone at Professionals Granger Clark. Annique made what should be a joyful experience a very bitter one. I would not recommend this agent.
