We met with Matt to write up our offer, and within 24 hours we heard back that our offer was accepted. Once our offer was accepted, and the building inspection had been completed, we were made aware of a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. By the time I had called Matt to discuss the building report, he had already called the owner and scheduled someone to get the jobs done. No hassle. It has been such an easy process for us, and a big relief working with Matt and his team.
