If I could rate Tom 6 stars I would. He had a clear plan for how he was going to get the most money for our home and he certainly delivered. We sold for more than we could have imagined. Tom's marketing is next level but where he really stands out from the other agents is in his incredible ability to negotiate. If you are selling I highly recommend him.
