Debi has been a remarkable agent through the whole sales process. Debi was open and honest regarding what I could expect from her services, the processes involved and any fees and costs. I felt Debi was 100% committed to me as the customer, striving at all times to promote my property to its best advantage and apply her professional knowledge to secure the sale, and going above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. Debi's extensive market knowledge and experience were invaluable, and she was able to many times provide assistance and suggestions that enhanced my presentation. I can’t recommend Matt and his team enough. Over the years Matt has been consistent in my local area of the happenings with in the market and for that I’m grateful. I signed with Granger Clark Professionals Ballajura to sell my home. I received updates continuously on my home whilst on sale and with that had phone calls or emails on queries, home appointments etc. Matt knows all in his field and for that, is why my home sold within a relatively quick time frame, a lot quicker then I expected. No question was a inconvenience and when all this is new he definitely never made me feel I was being a hindrance. I sold my home for the price I was happy with in these unusual times of Covid and can’t recommend him and his team enough. Thank you again
