Thankyou Matt, Luke & Shelley, you made the entire selling process smooth & stress-free! Matt and the team kept in constant contact, providing weekly updates & buyer feedback. I particularly liked their approach to viewings, which were made by appointment only, rather than weekly home opens, it meant only people who were genuinely interested came through our home. Matt also researched the market in the suburb we wanted to buy in next, helping us to negotiate an offer on our new home.
