Said that he will do a few things differently to be in the correct target market. We presented the house and I had a few items that he wasn't expecting to see done as well as the inside the house was transformed into a home which was in comparison to a display home. His price for the house was bigger than we were going to be on the market for. He raised the price and we trusted him that he knew what he is doing. We had 3 home open days so I was getting annoyed with them,but he was in there for the entire time as well as checking the other opens in the street to tap into the traffic more than expected His tactics and commitment to get the price for the house we needed to get to be debt free and a good profit for the new car and caravan so we could be traveling around Australia. We had a lot of interested parties in the house but I was frustrated by not getting a offer at least. Finally the house received an offer and the line of communication is open for business. After all the negotiations we managed to get $2500 above the lowest possible price which he did very professionally and yet still have a sense of humor that is not a bad thing to do as another relationship with the buyers who will remember that day with the offer eventually accepted subject to finance and a 6 week settlement to allow 2 weeks to remove bad credit, preventing approval. We made it to the 6 week mark and still no unconditional approval as still being assured that it will be ok by Fergus and the broker my wife wanting to place it back on the market and myself wanting to give it some more time to sort out the problem with the application. We got our approval and as it was 2 weeks late it is all finished sold with everything disclosed that was buyers information which he handled it smoothly. I met with the buyers and made a friend. Fergus you're the most honest agent in the area. "Trust In This Agent" He can do the right thing for him or you. Fergus is us all the way!
