I found Russell to be a great agent. I had my property on the market a year previous with another agent for five months and never got any interest. Russell got me a offer on my fourth home open. Matt recently sold our property in 8 days! Previously it was rented it out also by Professionals Granger Clark and the lovely Tamara. When it came time to sell the choice was obvious as everything had been handled so well during the rental period. True to form everything to do with the sale was also handled extremely well. Timely accurate information, Evidence of personal research into my sale (the property was different to many others). A price range of the few , hard to find similar properties to back up his own knowledge with past local results. Plus practical advice on what to correct prior to listing to ensure the property had the best chance of selling and not sit in the market for 60 days like many other listings. All of the above was completed and the property went on the market on Monday and was sold the following Tuesday at $15000 above the asking price (we had a from $xxxxx type listing) !! . The subsequent required inspections were all organised by Mat and I had nothing else to do but sign an acceptance. Settlement took 21 days from the sale. As you can gather I am super impressed with how everything has been handled and have no hesitation in recommending either Professionals Granger Clark for rentals (see Tamara!!) or in the sales department Matt Condit. Oh and Matt is also the licencee.

Matt Condit acted on behalf of the Seller of a property that I purchased. Matt and his team at Professionals Granger Clark were very efficient with any request for information and very organised in the settlement process. It was a good experience for me as the Purchaser and I would recommend Matt if you are looking for an agent to sell your property.
