Craig was quite chatty, told me the Vendor who lived down south was going to send the keys to the property, never heard from him or received the keys. I was given 1 key to the entire property. Still waiting. I received a continuous barrage of requests from even before settlement asking me to rate him and write a review, wanted to wait till the dust settled so I could write a fair and honest review but at this point this is the best I can come up with I'm not sure what he used to turn off the leaking taps but I'm thinking it was bigger than a bread box. The fence needed replacing and Craige claimed it was not asbestos and had it certified by a qualified person so my grandkids would be safe playing around it, sure trust me I'm in Real Estate. Did a search to contact owner of next door and guess who it is. Looks like we will be sharing the cost of rectifying the problem, please note I did not want to write this review but was hounded with a lot of emails requesting it, still waiting for my keys mate and now that I've given a review I've received another email asking me if I want to review my comments, in short NO. This is so sad Cheers
