Pratik was from an office far away from our home however each time we met he would happily drive 40 minutes to our home, even after hours to work in with our fifo/mining rosters. Pratik was very friendly and helped me understand a contract I was signing for a subject sale, he helped us to write the terms in our favour. We sold in 4 days and each step was smooth.
