When it comes to sale property that you so attach like me and with so much memory that comes along, I couldn't ask for better agent then Pratik Kaku. The way he approached with the communication during the process of the sale was everything on time. He explained everything about the process step by step and by us following that everything went so easily and smoothly not with any problems. The house was sold in short amount of time and we was happy with the price is well. I recommend Pratik to anyone who wants to sale or buy property because of his ability and knowledge to provide you on time with answer to all your questions regarding the property you sale.I must give 5 star to the company that he work for because he get the training from them. So when I said Exellent agent that you can choose to work with I mean PROFESSIONALS Prowest Real Estate.

Pratik was from an office far away from our home however each time we met he would happily drive 40 minutes to our home, even after hours to work in with our fifo/mining rosters. Pratik was very friendly and helped me understand a contract I was signing for a subject sale, he helped us to write the terms in our favour. We sold in 4 days and each step was smooth. The key dates were mapped out so we understood what would happen at each stage of the sale. Thanks Pratik for your hard work.

Don supported us through one piece of separation...a very trying, emotional rollercoaster in our lives. There were ups and downs with the first purchaser not able to access funding, having to go back on the market and deal with the current economic impact on realestate, and some challenging situations. ...one of which was time. Don's endurance, resilience and patience and kindness was outstanding.

It was the best decision we have taken to select Don to act on our behalf in selling our home. Don liaised in an excellent manner, especially since we were resident in another state. Don always had our best interest at heart and we cannot thank him enough for all his unpaid favours and advice. If you want a quick and professional sale, Don is your man. Thank you very much, Don, always remembered.

I recently purchased a house with the help of Pratik. He was professional from start to finish, easy to work with and always pleasant to talk too. He addressed any and all concerns and made a usually stressful experience, a calm and smooth process. I would recommend Pratik to my family and friends.
