Don has been very helpful during the start, he was very prompt to arrange a late notice house open for us despite we have missed the previous open. He’s very familiar with the suburb hence we do find out a lot more info through Don and he does make us feel very confident in getting the right property. We made an offer on the spot and Don arranged a meeting despite his after hour to explain further. Our offer was accepted on the same day. However, things have slightly changed ever since. It was an unpleasant experience during the final inspection. Prior to inspection (we are first home buyer hence we did a lot of research on what need to be check and inspect) we bought our own ladders and checklist. Don doesn’t seems very impress when he saw the checklist. He said rather impatiently that this inspection will take forever with my checklist; and assumed that my checklist was from the Internet (it was prepared based on the contract in fact ), and also what for do we brought our own ladder. Later on, Don has became even more impatient throughout the process like he’s rushing to just touch and go all the spot that needs to be done. We pointed out to him that we don’t know why he behave so impatient. After that he did seems to calm down a little till we are done with the inspection. We have to say as a first home buyer we take every step very carefully. This is also our first time using Professional. We know Don has been very well known as top real estate agent however things doesn’t turn out to be as fantastic as what has been described
